Your offence extent's last as long as it says, and they will stack up, and expire. I.e. You got kicked for spamming, within 24 hours if you spammed again you would receive the next tier of punishment, and your timer starts over.

Punishments:
Offence one(12 hour offence extent): Kick
Offence two(24 hour offence extent): 12 hour mute
Offence three(48 hour offence extent): 24-48 hour mute
Offence four(1 week offence extent): 7 day mute
Rule 2: Respect other players, and the staff.
Disrespect is something we do not allow.
Follow the golden rule "Treat others the way you wish to be treated."
Disrespect includes; Flaming, directed swearing, offensive remarks, sharing of others personal information without their consent, and trolling.
Punishments:
Offence one(12 hour offence extent): 5 minute jail
Offence two(24 hour offence extent): 20 minute jail
Offence three(24 hour offence extent): 30 minute mute
Offence four(48 hour offence extent): 60 minute mute
Offence five and up(48 hour offence extent): 24 hour mute
Rule 3: No use of macro's, third-party software, bot's, et cetera, to aid your player.
This is a clear rule. We would like a friendly-player environment
There is nothing wrong with playing fair, and there's certainly nothing hard about it.
Punishments:
Offence one(12 hour offence extent): 12 hour ban
Offence two(24 hour offence extent): 48 hour ban
Offence three(48 hour offence extent): 1 week ban
Offence four and up(1 week offence extent): 1 week ban+account reset
Rule 4: Do not abuse any bugs, glitches, or dupes.
Report these right away to an owner.
Do not participate in these in any manner.
Example's include Duping; Noclipping; Hacks; Bugs that aren't fixed
Punishments:
Offence one(24 hour offence extent): 24 hour ban
Offence two(48 hour offence extent): 72 hour ban
Offence three and up(unexpired offence extent): Account Permanent bannedForum
Please do not: Flame or insult other members.
Abuse or encourage abuse of the Reputation, Post Reporting, or Private Messaging Systems
Post personally identifiable information (i.e. address, phone number, etc.
Derail a thread's topic.
Post links to phishing sites.
Post spam (i.e. +1, 10char, rickrolls) or Re-post Closed, Modified, Deleted Content.
Repetitively post in the incorrect forum (example: trade requests belong in trading forum).
Openly argue with a moderator. Contact the Moderator via a private message.
Share your account. Forum accounts are intended for the use by one person.
Create alternate, backup, or multiple accounts.
Publicly post or otherwise share PMs with other users unless you have the expressed permission of the sender to do so. Private Messages are intended to be just that - private.
Punishments:
Offence one(24 hour offence extent): Removal of the post+warning
Offence two(24 hour offence extent): 24 hour forum post preventation
Offence three(24 hour offence extent): 72 hour forum post prevention
Offence four(72 hour offence extent): Removal of forum's account.Xat ChatBox
